Dance Aerobics Classes

Join the aerobics community and have fun moving and dancing to the music you love! Our Three Step Philosophy Method will help you take inspired action towards your goals.

Group Aerobics

We offer group aerobics sessions run in a workshop style with 7-9 classes per session and one class per week. If you have 10+ people interested, we'd be happy to send an instructor to you. We'd also be happy to set up workshops at various locations. There's never been a better way to burn calories and fulfill your daily exercise requirements.

Rates

You are welcome to join at any point during the session and just pay for the dance aerobics classes you attend. The full session is available at a discounted rate.
